Information about the delivery and exchange of our products

Not your size? 

No problem we can exchange any size for a different size within 14 days of received delivery as long as the product has not been worn and all tags are still attached as per the original. No exchange or refund will be provided if the product has already been embroidered or embellished as per the customer's request. A restocking fee of $15 may apply to some products.

Which methods of payment can I use?

 

All payment methods are accepted except Diners Club and American Express. Please do not send cash as it may be lost in transit and we can not guarantee that it will be received.

Colours Of Products? 

Although all care is taken while products are manufactured to have all batches the same colour, the exact match can not be guaranteed from time to time. This is beyond our control, and due to the exact colour match, we can not provide an exchange or refund.

What is the cost of delivery?

 

Delivery cost is calculated into the total weight, purchase, and destination.

Has my order been sent yet?

 

To check your order status, please contact us. Allow 30 working days if an order needs embroidery or embellishments to be sent. We work on all orders ASAP, but occasionally, some stock is on backorder from our suppliers, which is beyond our control. If you wish to cancel an order in advance before it is received to us, it can be cancelled in writing via email. If the order has already been embroidered or embellished we can not cancel an order.

Is it safe to order online?

 

All stock is safe to order online, and if stock is unavailable after the order has been accepted, a full refund will be provided.

Currently, we don't offer an online purchasing service on this site.

Can I track my order?

 

Orders are sent via Australia Post or via Uber service, and a tracking number can be requested.

Part of my order is missing or you have received the wrong order.

 

If part of your order is missing and packaging is damaged, or something is not right, please take a photo immediately and let us know via email or contact us.
